About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for revenue growth across infrastructure solutions within Corporate accounts. Collaborating with sales and technical teams for successful go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Corporate ISG portfolio and associated infrastructure solutions
  • Own and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute account and go-to-market plans aligned to Corporate and ISG strategy
  • Proactively engage with Corporate customers to understand infrastructure needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and specialist teams to scope, position, and close opportunities
  • Present data-driven insights and commercial recommendations to customers
  • Promote and execute relevant vendor programs, incentives, and propositions
  • Deliver against defined revenue, pipeline, and activity KPIs
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or senior sales professional, ideally within the IT or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure solutions and how they support customer business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert pipeline within Corporate or mid-market environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate technical value in business terms
  • Confident engaging, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on new business and growth
  • Data-literate and comfortable using analytics to identify, prioritise, and progress opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-starter able to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
  • Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
  • Competent using CRM and reporting tools to manage activity, pipeline, and performance
