Responsibilities
Support and advise B2B partners and B2C customers
Act as the interface between end customers and specialist partners
Independently resolve customer inquiries, including complex issues
Work closely with the regional field sales team and provide ongoing support to our partners
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
At least two years of relevant professional experience in inside sales, customer service, or telesales
Experience selling digital services
Good knowledge of common Office applications; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage
Business-fluent German; English skills are a plus
