Responsibilities
Working independently to support customers via phone or electronic communication, providing information about products and services
Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, including moderately complex issues, while following established procedures
Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues, escalating or redirecting cases to appropriate departments when required
Facilitating documentation for product shipments to various customers
Providing after-sales support for assigned customer contracts when required
Requirements
1+ year of previous customer service experience
Proficient reading and writing skills in English, with intermediate speaking ability
Experience working with SAP
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
