- Create and refine content for internal communication channels, including writing, editing, formatting, and preparing communication materials
- Support the coordination and execution of communication initiatives such as town halls, leadership updates, planned employee activities, and leadership engagements
- Maintain communication calendars and resources, ensuring accuracy across critical paths, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute to digital updates and communications on the intranet
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and preparing short summaries, dashboards, or brief reports
- Support slide preparation and presentation materials
- Provide general administrative support as well as project assistance
Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
- Be enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program for the 2026–2027 academic year and plan to return to full-time studies in fall 2026 (proof of enrollment will be required)
- Be available to work from May 2026 through the end of August 2026
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
