Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact to plan and execute internal and external communications programs at a corporate level in Asia
Represent Asia in collaboration with Global Communications Team to plan, deploy, and execute global corporate communications programs in Asia
Serve as the chief editor and process owner for the internal company’s online platform in Asia overseeing the editorial calendar
Serve as the Center of Excellence in Asia and represent the region on the global core team managing change, issues, and troubleshooting
Work closely with Korea, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan key stakeholders to drive and execute corporate communications initiatives
Collaborate with Human Resources Team on talent acquisition and retention, change management and other internal initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Marketing Teams to plan and execute integrated communications programs
Create, edit and review communication materials with engaging content for both internal and external use
Build and maintain media relations to raise corporate profile
Plan and execute digital communications and social media programs at a corporate level in Asia
Maintain the company's websites with a focus on corporate-level content
Support crisis communications to protect the company's reputation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Language, or Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of working experience in corporate communications, internal communications or public relations in B2B and multinational environments
Relevant experience in developing and implementing regional communications plan across Asia
Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Strategic mindset, strong ability to comprehend complex information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders
High level of cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and different stakeholders
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
