About the role

  • Junior Communication Analyst supporting integrated communication and marketing strategies at Viter, enhancing the brand's presence in the agricultural market.

Responsibilities

  • Support and/or implement fronts of the integrated communication and marketing plan (360º — institutional brand, products, internal communications, digital, events and POS materials), considering Viter’s business strategy, and safeguard the institutional communication of the VC brand tied to the business.
  • Propose/execute improvements in marketing communication actions, delivering value to the business and meeting customer needs and satisfaction with excellence.
  • Propose/execute actions to position and consolidate the Viter brand and its portfolio in the agricultural market.
  • Carry out actions for special projects, such as launches of new products, new units, campaigns, etc.
  • Act with a critical and innovative approach, focused on results and customer access.
  • Support the creation of structured plans based on the year’s challenges and objectives — providing relevant input on event presence, regionalization and institutional matters.
  • Execute, monitor, control, measure and report the activities proposed in the department’s strategic and tactical plans related to events, regionalization and institutional topics.
  • Support the structuring and execution of the department’s routine activities (portfolio support materials; institutional collateral; commemorative dates; correct use of the brand; benchmarking; etc.).
  • Support and serve regional teams: SE, CBR, Resellers and SU.
  • Actively participate in the creation/update/execution/measurement of Viter’s digital media strategic plan (institutional and for the regions served).
  • Assist in the development/update of digital content and campaigns.
  • Be responsible for internal approvals of technical content with the responsible team (institutional and for the regions served).
  • On a regional basis, actively manage the full media cycle: opportunity analysis; involvement of the advertising agency; quotations; proposal analysis; negotiations; contracting; briefings for the agency aligned with Viter strategy; internal material validation; sending materials to media; media checking and historical record-keeping.
  • Ensure alignment of department information/strategies with the Brazil media strategy.
  • Compile the annual calendar of agricultural events, assess synergy with Viter’s strategy and determine feasibility/possibilities for national event requests.
  • On a regional basis (SE, CBR, SU and Resellers), be responsible for executing the entire event cycle (negotiation and rental of space; if applicable, hiring a booth builder per scope; if applicable, submitting the event to the VC sponsorship committee; pre-, during- and post-event publicity; availability of support materials; payments; measurement of results; reports; archival of records; continuous improvement processes; etc.).
  • Ensure alignment of department information/strategies with the Brazil events strategy.
  • On a regional basis, keep internal audiences (VC, Viter and Operations) engaged and well informed about Viter.
  • Monitor budget execution and project the marketing package RF and the expenses of the activities under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Experience with communications and marketing routines.
  • Good knowledge of event organization.
  • Good knowledge of physical and digital communication channels and engagement platforms.
  • Communicative profile.
  • High capacity for multitasking and strong organizational skills.
  • Postgraduate degree in communication or business is desirable.
  • Experience in communications within the agricultural market.
  • Experience in developing and/or implementing strategic plans in Marketing.
