Account Executive driving sales for Shore GmbH's online solutions through inbound and outbound leads. Collaborating with the Head of Sales to grow ARR and optimize conversions.
Responsibilities
Qualify and close inbound leads
Proactively conduct outbound sales — targeting both new and existing customers
Deliver demos that persuade (not just click through slides)
Position and sell Shore Pay as a payment solution
Increase ARR, optimize conversion, and hit payment KPIs
Work closely with the Head of Sales and continue developing your skills
Requirements
You can sell. Whether a hungry junior or a senior with a track record — experience level is secondary
You know how to run conversations, close deals, and follow up. Even when you hear “no”
You're not a lone wolf
You have B2B experience. SMB or SaaS? Great. Other B2B backgrounds? Also good if the mindset fits
You proactively reach out to customers
Outbound isn't a necessary evil for you, it's part of the job
You build your own pipeline
Languages: Fluent German, very good English. French or Swiss German? Jackpot
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot & similar tools — but if not, you'll learn quickly
