IT HR Solution Architect overseeing SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms for Daikin. Collaborating with HR and IT for innovative HR processes and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the IT owner for HR systems, managing platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Kronos, and Docebo
Analyze HR requirements & processes and translate them into scalable, secure IT solutions
Design and configure system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements
Act as project lead on different international projects within the HR area
Involved in roll-out projects across EMEA and implementing new functionalities or integrations
Coordinate and analyze improvement requests in close cooperation with business peers, internal IT colleagues, and offshore team
Follow up and explore future evolutions towards digital HR
Assist business relationship manager in translating HR strategy into a roadmap
Study and drive innovation, experiment with new tools/features, and challenge stakeholders
Requirements
HR or technology related master’s degree
3-5 years of experience in a similar IT-HR context
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (experience with other HR platforms is a plus)
Eager to deep dive technically into HR systems and explore innovative solutions
Analytical, innovative & solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs
Pragmatic with a strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies
Interested in digitalisation of HR processes, improving employee experience within Daikin
Necessary self-discipline to set and follow up a planning
Team player with good relationship management skills
Good communication skills and not afraid to present to groups
Prepared to occasionally travel to Daikin group companies in EMEA
Very good knowledge of English.
