Responsibilities
- Responsible for the procurement and supply of raw materials for industrial sites
- Collect resource forecasts
- Collect and consolidate demand/usage forecasts from industrial sites
- Perform daily matching of demand and resources
- Participate in the final consolidation of demand and resources
- Manage schedule and program changes
- Coordinate collection/pick-up flows
- Organize and coordinate inter-site transport flows
- Ensure optimization of logistics costs
- Record and track movements of raw materials
- Create and update orders in the system
- Be responsible for allocating flows according to specifications
Requirements
- Engineering degree in agronomy, transportation and/or logistics
- Proven experience in operational planning and/or transport operations
- Experience in the dairy or food industry, including internships or apprenticeships
- Proficient with computer tools and IT systems
- Attention to detail, organized, with strong analytical and summarizing skills
- Hands-on operational mindset and ability to respond quickly
- Proactive and service-oriented
