- Trilingual Psychologist & Case Manager providing clinical and emotional support in Spanish, English, and Portuguese for Lyra Health in Madrid. Blending direct support with strategic case coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical-emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
- Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments, and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts.
- Act as the clinical point of contact for our English, Portuguese, and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring all meets Lyra’s global standards and local legal requirements.
- Provide clinical response for high-risk cases in the region, offering immediate bilingual support and follow-up.
Requirements
- Full fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (C1 level for all three)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent accreditation to practice in Spain
- 3+ years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and clinical assessment
- Experience with CRMs and clinical management platforms
- Ability to adapt clinical empathy to cultural nuances of Spanish and Portuguese markets
