Responsibilities
Audit, update and create benefits communications, data and materials
Audit and review our wellness program details (vendors, participation and engagement plan)
Review and assist with performing analysis of utilization reports and benchmarking reports
Assist with the creation of SOP’s for all core total rewards processes
Requirements
Pursuing a MA, BA or BS degree in labor relations, human resources, or equivalent (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
Requires general knowledge of employee benefits or human resources
Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset who is interested in process improvement
Requires the ability to influence people and teams
Requires the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all matters
Requires the ability to convey a positive and professional image to executives, employees, and labor unions
Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed to prepare documents and presentations.
Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
