Responsibilities
Grow New Business by proactively connecting with new clients and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Manage Key Accounts by looking after a portfolio of established clients to ensure excellent service.
Collaborate Across Teams to create tailored proposals using insights from different divisions.
Use Sales Tools Effectively by leveraging BSI’s CRM to identify opportunities and deliver sales forecasts.
Support Smooth Delivery by partnering with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
Drive Sales Performance by regularly reviewing activity, KPIs, and pipeline data to meet targets.
Stay Industry‑Informed by keeping up with market developments to engage clients confidently.
Requirements
Experience in business development, particularly in new client acquisition, consultancy, or the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector.
A proven track record of independently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong background in consultancy, internal audits, supplier audits, testing, inspection, certification, or related fields.
Solid understanding of supply chains or internal audit practices, with experience managing large accounts.
Fluency in English, with other Western European languages—such as Dutch, German, Swedish, or Danish—considered an advantage.
Willingness to travel when needed.
University degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
