Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
Prior leadership experience in HR Business Partner roles;
Experience leading Development, Culture and/or Change Management projects;
Use of data to influence the business and make decisions;
Knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Well-being initiatives;
Systemic perspective and strategic thinking;
Inspirational leadership;
