About the role
- Onboarding Specialist responsible for client onboarding and support at Bosta, an overnight delivery provider in Egypt. Fostering positive client relationships and ensuring stable new accounts during initial setup.
Responsibilities
- Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders.
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.

- Ensure clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.
- Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding or a similar role.
- An eye for detail to drive process improvements
- Effective prioritization to manage several goals simultaneously
- Clear and engaging communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated to hit weekly targets
