About the role

  • Manager leading a team of Client Onboarding Specialists for Marsh Risk. Overseeing operations and driving efficiencies while fostering relationships with stakeholders in London or Norwich.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and management of your team
  • Foster a mindset focused on adding value to both colleagues and clients
  • Lead, coach, and support your team to meet internal KPIs and ensure high client satisfaction in onboarding operations
  • Collaborate across locations and business streams to manage new and complex client transitions and renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and external partners
  • Influential and persuasive, able to achieve results through collaboration
  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter who brings forward solutions and ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain issues and resolutions
