Responsibilities
Manage the process for all leave types
Ensure accurate payroll processing for employees on leave
Ensure all leave programs and payroll practices comply with regulations
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave policies
Requirements
3+ years of direct, in-house experience working payroll or related functions
Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software and advanced Excel skills
Strong ability to analyze complex data
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
In-depth understanding of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific paid family leave laws
Experience managing multi-state leaves of absence and time-off administration
Experience in a high-volume, shared services environment
