Responsibilities
Own our HubSpot instance and other software and tooling for our Marketing and BDR functions
Research, design, document and implement operational improvements
Manage dashboards and reports in Tableau, HubSpot and other BI tools
Train revenue team members and serve as primary contact for all platform and analytics questions related to CRM, BI, and other platforms
Work with COO to support new product and capability developments in value delivery by leveraging technology platforms
Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success or similarly tech-driven and analytically rigorous role in finance or operations
Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau or Salesforce
High intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn
Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated
Highly proficient in declarative (non-code) software configuration
Highly proficient in handling, analyzing and presenting data.
