Responsibilities
Design price increase campaigns and develop transition and upgrade initiatives
ARR upside analysis: identify baselines within the installed base that can be targeted for price increases, upsell, or cross-sell campaigns based on their contract details
Lifecycle automation: design and implement the logic that moves a customer from "campaign communication" to an "automated contract renewal"
Create technical and logical frameworks that enable customers to expand their own contracts (upsells, cross-sells) via self-service
Partner with BI & Finance: serve as the technical point of contact for the BI team
Ownership of system development: design the data architecture for our future target system
Measure everything: support the delivery of KPIs such as churn analysis, expansion targets, and email hit rates to provide a clear ROI for each campaign
Requirements
You are highly experienced with SQL and Postgres
You can use Python to automate data workflows and process complex datasets
You have a deep understanding of contract and sales data structures
You can map legal contract clauses to corresponding data fields
You understand the "value narrative" and know how to translate a technical upgrade into customer communications that drive loyalty
You are a "doer" with an owner mindset and can design a 12-month plan
You likely have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or a technical finance role in a B2B SaaS environment
