Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in HR transformation or related fields
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, Occupational Psychology, or a related discipline
- Proficient in using HR systems with a solid understanding of how integrations affect end users and the organization
- Strong ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful client delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to run workshops, deliver presentations, and engage with clients
- Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English
