About the role
- Professional responsible for planning and supervising travel routes for logistics equipment. Ensuring compliance and safety for cargo transport within the company operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operational service schedule;
- Monitor company asset movements to prevent unproductive and unsafe trips;
- Plan and design safe routes for service calls and movements;
- Ensure route compliance and identify non-conformities if they occur;
- Implement safety practices across units in accordance with Risk Management rules;
- Analyze and ensure compliance with directives issued to the Risk Management provider;
- Provide real-time information to the client about cargo location (tracking);
- Measure area-defined KPIs and develop action plans when improvement opportunities are identified.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in freight/transportation;
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Risk Management operators (e.g., Opentech, Golden Service);
- Experience in logistics management operations via a Control Tower;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;
- Familiarity with management systems (ISO, SASSMAQ);
- Proficiency with tracking technologies: Omnilink, Sascar, Autotrack, OnixSat;
- Familiarity with Control Tower technologies (ATS, Drive.in, etc.).
