- Functional Analyst in product development teams at SD Worx, building country-specific HCM & payroll solutions. Collaborating across functions to contribute to SD Worx's European market ambition.
Responsibilities
- Preparing analyses and functional descriptions of business and customer needs, based on a solid understanding of the bigger picture and HR & Payroll specifics
- Collaborating with team members to craft clear and complete user stories
- Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood
- Leading functional workshops with partners and defining data mappings together with them
- Managing change requests related to data mappings at partner level
- Providing input for UI/UX design
- Writing user documentation in clear, user‑friendly language
- Actively contributing to team processes to improve team performance and collaboration with other teams inside and outside the tribe
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position within HCM solutions and local payroll regulations
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with operations, implementation, and development teams in an international environment
- Ability to capture business and functional requirements in close cooperation with domain specialists
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on long‑term, sustainable solutions within and beyond existing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in new technologies and eagerness to learn
- A university degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience
- Nice to have: Experience in system integration projects and Scrum methodology
- Experience using Azure DevOps for project management
