Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process analysis, system analysis, process automation, or operations roles within a technical or product-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Power Automate, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess workflows and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work with structured documentation, process mapping tools, and logic-based systems.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured system logic.
- Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Good-to-Have
- Experience working with workflow engines or BPMN-based tools.
- Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs.
- Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
