About the role

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain campaign information on platforms, performing content uploads, data changes, and necessary validations;
- Monitor campaign performance and portal integrations, ensuring adherence to plans and established rules;
- Extract, analyze, and cross-reference data to prepare management reports and dashboards;
- Execute campaign communications via email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp according to defined rules and schedules;
- Update and maintain operational documentation, ensuring correct execution of campaign processes;
- Perform platform delivery acceptance, validating information according to client-approved documentation;

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and routines within the area, contributing to operational optimization;
- Support the development of interns, assistants, and junior analysts on the area’s technical tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Previous experience in campaign operations, data, or client success-related activities;
- Knowledge of databases and data manipulation;
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel proficiency;
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms;
- Organized, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail;
- Good communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
