About the role
- Senior Planning Analyst managing B2B cost management, financial projections, and insights essential for decision-making. Collaborating across functions and ensuring financial accountability within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting cycle for your cost portfolio, conducting short- and long-term exercises in coordination with internal teams and group companies;
- Prepare and consolidate financial data, building projections based on revenue, trends and incremental factors, and strategically mapping risks and opportunities;
- Prepare budget defenses, supporting analyses with robust data to inform decision-making;
- Execute monthly closings, ensuring alignment with the plan and investigating variances through accounting analyses, provisions, reclassifications between cost centers, etc.;
- Handle and cross-reference large volumes of data, converting them into relevant insights and performance indicators for your portfolio;
- Anticipate financial deviations or risks, proposing solutions or acting proactively with internal teams;
- Maintain constant interaction with internal areas such as B2B segment Directorates, Accounting, Controllership, Finance, and others.
Requirements
- Preferred: Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Advanced Excel is essential - you will work with large volumes of data and must handle them efficiently.
- Experience building financial analyses and performance indicators is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI, BI & Analytics logic, and Databases (SQL) is highly desirable - we value professionals who can turn data into strategic decisions.
