About the role
- Analista de Facilities II contributing to operational efficiency at Lojas Renner through data analysis and cost management. Supporting internal processes and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Perform cost analyses, operational expenses reviews and performance indicators for the Facilities area.
- Support the area’s budget control, focusing on expense optimization and operational efficiency.
- Handle and organize databases to prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Create advanced Excel spreadsheets to monitor contracts, costs and operations.
- Assist in managing service contracts (cleaning, maintenance, security, among others).
- Contribute to planning and implementing improvements in Facilities internal processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure organized maintenance of files, documents and administrative controls.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Economics (applied to cost analysis, projections and indicators).
- Knowledge of Accounting (entries, classifications, basic budgeting and cost center concepts).
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, logical functions, SUMIFS, dashboards and handling large datasets).
- Previous experience working with databases and preparing reports.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (preferably from the 5th semester onward).
- Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
- Proactive in solving operational problems.
- Clear communication and ability to interact with vendors and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data, budget control or related areas.
- Familiarity with integrated systems (ERP) and BI tools.
