About the role
- Infrastructure Analyst responsible for maintaining IT systems at the Instituto de Responsabilidade Social Sírio-Libanês. Implementing security measures and participating in critical IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the information technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, operating systems and other hardware and software components.
- Develop and deploy IT infrastructure monitoring to detect performance, availability or security issues.
- Participate in crisis management meetings and war rooms to ensure the restoration of critical business environments.
- Manage the configuration of all IT infrastructure components, ensuring they are documented, versioned and aligned with configuration management best practices.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects such as system migrations, hardware/software upgrades, network expansion and others.
- Implement security measures to protect the IT infrastructure from internal and external threats, including configuring firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems and other protections.
- Develop and implement backup and data recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in the event of system failure or disaster.
- Documentation and Operational Procedures: Maintain up-to-date documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures and security policies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure effective integration of IT infrastructure with other systems and organizational processes.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members when necessary.
- Visit the institute’s units as required to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities or deliver required tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
