About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage clients' payroll in compliance with applicable social and tax regulations (multiple collective bargaining agreements)
- Collect and verify information required to prepare pay slips (hours worked, absences, bonuses, etc.)
- Monitor social security filings and payments of social contributions
- Respond to clients' payroll-related inquiries
- Carry out payroll procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain regulatory watch on legislative and collective agreement changes affecting payroll and social charges.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience managing payroll across multiple collective agreements, in a firm or payroll outsourcing agency
- Strong knowledge of social legislation
- Knowledge of SILAE is a plus
- Good understanding of the challenges and constraints related to company payroll
- Meticulous and methodical, able to meet payroll processing deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with social agencies; customer-service oriented
