About the role

- Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely or on-site

- Write procedures and ensure knowledge transfer to users
- Daily travel expected across all our offices
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a related field
- At least 2 years' professional experience as an IT technician
- Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, Azure, ticketing systems, IP telephony, and smartphones
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to train users
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and users
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
