About the role
- Intern at BAM facilitating connections between students and internships as part of a recruitment team. Collaborating on events and optimizing the internship process within the largest construction company in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Er zijn jaarlijks 250 studenten die stagelopen binnen BAM en jij wordt hun aanspreekpunt
- Je vormt de schakel tussen de business en de stagiaires
- Werkt actief samen met managers van alle segmenten binnen BAM
- Je bezoekt samen met collega's meerdere events en beurzen om BAM te promoten
- Samen met de coördinator van het stagebureau meet je continu de kwaliteit van het stagebureau en heb je een grote inbreng in de optimalisering van het stageproces.
Requirements
- Je doet een opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, HRM of vergelijkbaar
- Jij houdt ervan om zelfstandig te werken en veel verantwoordelijkheden te krijgen
- Je bent een harde werker, proactief en niet bang om kritische vragen te stellen.
