About the role

  • Technical Trainer & Sales Engineer at Axis delivering pre-sales support and training courses. Collaborating with sales teams and partners to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver project design support by designing Axis solutions that meet customer needs
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and expert internally and externally
  • Deliver Axis Communications Academy courses in-person and online
  • Design and deliver tailored training courses to key partners
  • Demonstrate, configure and setup Axis solutions for proof of concepts and demos
  • Participate in tradeshows, customer meetings and events
  • Enable product sales by showcasing a strong business acumen
  • Actively collaborate with partners and colleagues
  • Develop your own skills and expertise continuously
  • Keep updated on latest developments in the industry

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience from technical position in the IT or security industry
  • Track record of delivering demonstrations and training sessions
  • Outgoing with excellent teaching skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure is a plus
