Responsibilities
- Responsible for ISO 9001 quality management
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits, including evaluation and reporting
- Training of the various teams
- Close cooperation with other management system representatives, occupational safety specialists, our internal health management team and authorities
- Analyze issues, prepare relevant data, derive corrective actions and monitor implementation and effectiveness
- Contribute to continuously improving the company-wide culture by increasing process efficiency and ensuring compliance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management or a comparable discipline
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001
- Willingness to further develop in ISO 14001, 27001, 45001 and 50001 for the strategic consolidation and advancement toward an integrated management system and to qualify as an internal auditor
- Confident use of continuous improvement (CI) tools, analytical methods and risk management
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel
