Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
Brief and manage creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver compelling content and assets.
Lead trade and consumer events that amplify product launches and brand engagement.
Work with supply chain, category, and finance teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
Build trusted relationships with key retail partners to ensure marketing plans are aligned and impactful.
Lead research initiatives to validate new product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Track campaign results, report ROI, and present insights to senior leadership.
Coordinate product changes, price increases, and competitive analysis with product and sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred and/or at least 3-5 years of retail marketing experience with automotive and/or hardware alignment.
5+ years of proven success driving promotional campaigns in retail environments (automotive or hardware preferred).
Strong understanding of shopper behavior and in-store activation.
