Responsibilities
Lead the execution of strategy and annual plans for the assigned product or category, ensuring that all decisions support the customer and value proposition and are aligned with broader business objectives.
Partner with broader marketing teams & cross functions teams to execute comprehensive product or category promotional programs, campaigns and other marketing activations in alignment with budgets and relevant competitive, customer and market dynamics.
Lead, execute & synthesize data from customer insights, competitor intelligence & market trends to support the correct business decision.
Leverage an understanding of customer needs, competitor intelligence, market trends and consumer behaviors to execute decisions for the product or category, improve overall positioning and advance customer value capture.
Supporting the health and the growth of product or category portfolio by contributing to innovation, new product development, co-creation of customer solutions and product commercialization initiatives.
Lead the team in executing launches for new products, services or solutions as measured by key performance indicators, collaborating across commercial and technical functions to optimize customer engagement and demand.
Ensure development and delivery of relevant marketing trainings, events and collateral for the product or category.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 8 years of working experience in a related field with minimum of 4 years in managerial level
