Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals
Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers
Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories
Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning
Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners
Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates
Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense (preferred)
Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry (preferred)
A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (preferred)
