Responsibilities
Lead global digital marketing, demand generation, and multi‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Bring North America regional insight to shape global campaigns, while also delivering high‑quality local execution across events, conferences, and client‑facing programs.

Enable Sales and commercial leaders with messaging, content, and tools that elevate client conversations and support revenue growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or equivalent experience
7+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally in professional services, sustainability, training, or certification/assurance
Demonstrated success leading multi‑channel digital marketing programs with measurable commercial outcomes
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar MAPs), Google Analytics, CMS platforms, social media tools, and paid digital channels
Proven ability to collaborate across global, matrixed teams and work effectively across time zones
Strong content development skills across digital formats
Experience partnering with senior leaders and commercial teams to create messaging and sales enablement materials
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
High digital literacy and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics into insight and action
Understanding of client issues and ability to articulate value propositions for integrated commercial campaigns
