Responsibilities
Support tracking of department projects focused on innovation and patient engagement (consumer campaigns on social media, influencer collaborations, creation and publication of website articles, managing communications with agencies, etc.)
Contribute to the operational management of regulatory approvals for new campaigns
Create and maintain reporting dashboards, populating them with relevant metrics
Conduct strategic monitoring and share up-to-date insights on the ecosystem
Draft analytical notes on trends in digital innovation or patient activation
Assist in the preparation and deployment of product marketing campaigns
Manage projects through regular follow-up on the preparation of campaign assets
Requirements
Current Master's student (M1 or M2) in Project Management, Communications, or Innovation Management; a scientific background is a plus
Rigour, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both strategic and operational
Curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn
Detail-oriented mindset and methodical work approach
Proficiency in English
