Responsibilities
Generare nuovo business nel mercato Manufacturing e Consumer Goods, identificando e qualificando nuove opportunità e collaborando con l’ecosistema Microsoft/Accenture per ampliare il portfolio clienti
Sviluppare e gestire relazioni di lungo periodo con i clienti, presidiare il ciclo di vendita end‑to‑end e guidare opportunità di cross‑selling e up‑selling
Definire ed eseguire piani go‑to‑market su industry specifiche, con focus su digital transformation, ERP modernization, digital core e business applications
Agire come advisor di fiducia, supportando i clienti nei programmi di trasformazione ERP e modernizzazione applicativa, con solida comprensione dei trend di mercato e dei price point dell’industry
Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con team di delivery, solutioning e marketing per costruire value proposition efficaci e coordinare strategie di crescita
Creare e presentare proposte ad alto impatto, traducendo le capability Microsoft‑based in valore di business e comunicando in modo efficace con executive e stakeholder chiave.
Requirements
+10 anni di esperienza nel settore IT/consulting, di cui una parte significativa dedicata a ruoli di vendita, business development o account management
Solida esperienza nella vendita di programmi di trasformazione complessi (ERP, business application, modern workplace, data & AI)
Conoscenza approfondita dei settori Manufacturing / Consumer Goods e dei principali trend di settore
Capacità dimostrata di gestire un portfolio clienti rilevante
Familiarità con logiche commerciali, price list di mercato e strutture di offering tipiche della consulenza IT
Eccellenti abilità di negoziazione, storytelling, relazione con C‑level e gestione della complessità
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
