Responsibilities
Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes (por telefone, redes sociais, visitas e indicações);
Apresentar os planos de saúde e odontológicos de forma clara e consultiva;
Identificar as necessidades do cliente e oferecer o plano mais adequado;
Elaborar propostas comerciais e realizar o fechamento das vendas;
Manter o relacionamento pós-venda para fidelização de clientes;
Alimentar e atualizar o CRM com informações de clientes e negociações.
Requirements
Experiência com vendas consultivas;
Habilidade em negociação, comunicação e atendimento ao cliente;
Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM.
