About the role
- Analista de Departamento Pessoal e Fiscal managing payroll and tax obligations ensuring compliance with legislation at a preventative and precision health company.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring correct calculation of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS and IRRF);
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, vacation, benefits and termination processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
- Submit and monitor statutory filings (eSocial, DCTFWeb and EFD-Reinf);
- Organize and keep labor documentation up to date, supporting audits when required;
- Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation and propose process improvements.
- Record fiscal entries, reconcile invoices and calculate taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS and COFINS);
- Perform fiscal bookkeeping and submit ancillary obligations, such as EFD-Contribuições and EFD-ICMS/IPI;
- Analyze withholding at source (INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS and CSLL);
- Prepare spreadsheets and fiscal reports to support the department's analyses;
- Contribute to accurate tax classification and ensure compliance with current legislation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines (payroll processing, onboarding, vacation management and terminations).
- Knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations (e.g., eSocial, DCTFWeb).
- Experience with payroll systems, preferably Senior ERP.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Plus: Experience with fiscal routines and tax calculation.
