About the role

  • Analista de Departamento Pessoal e Fiscal managing payroll and tax obligations ensuring compliance with legislation at a preventative and precision health company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring correct calculation of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS and IRRF);
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, vacation, benefits and termination processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
  • Submit and monitor statutory filings (eSocial, DCTFWeb and EFD-Reinf);
  • Organize and keep labor documentation up to date, supporting audits when required;
  • Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation and propose process improvements.
  • Record fiscal entries, reconcile invoices and calculate taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS and COFINS);
  • Perform fiscal bookkeeping and submit ancillary obligations, such as EFD-Contribuições and EFD-ICMS/IPI;
  • Analyze withholding at source (INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS and CSLL);
  • Prepare spreadsheets and fiscal reports to support the department's analyses;
  • Contribute to accurate tax classification and ensure compliance with current legislation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines (payroll processing, onboarding, vacation management and terminations).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations (e.g., eSocial, DCTFWeb).
  • Experience with payroll systems, preferably Senior ERP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Plus: Experience with fiscal routines and tax calculation.
