Responsibilities
Serve as a first line sales leader within the CVRM Sales organization
Responsible for overall performance of assigned region
Provide inspirational leadership and create a motivational environment
Review and approve account-specific business plans developed by sales representatives
Conduct ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching focused on product knowledge and territory management
Provide documented field coaching to strengthen clinical acumen and selling capability
Guide teams through complex market access and reimbursement pathways
Collaborate with home office and cross-functional partners to support marketing strategy execution
Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of biopharmaceutical/healthcare experience
5 years or more in First Line People Leadership
Proven track record of team development including hiring, training, and performance management
Experience leading teams in complex specialty or advanced therapy environments, including hospital systems and integrated delivery networks
Strong business and analytical foresight to navigate market access, reimbursement, and competitive dynamics
Ability to coach teams through complex account ecosystems while maintaining patient-centric execution
Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
Strong communication skills with high integrity, resilience, and adaptability
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
