- Record journal entries
- Integrate batches from the tax department and payroll

- Account reconciliations (bank, suppliers, customers, taxes, payroll, loans, financing)
- Preparation of trial balances
- Preparation of the Balance Sheet
- Preparation of the Statement of Profit or Loss (DRE)
- Calculate and prepare financial and accounting analysis ratios
- Preparation and submission of the ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital / Digital Accounting Records)
- Preparation and submission of the ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal / Fiscal Accounting Records)
- Prepare results for IBGE surveys
- Organize and store accounting documents
- Integration and reconciliation with finance (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cards, bank statements)
- Integration and configuration of financial systems (Omie, Conta Azul, Nibo, and others)
- Verify information imported from financial systems before posting
- Control and calculation of provisions (vacation, 13th salary, contingencies)
- Prepare management reports and performance analyses
- Monitor and update accounting and tax legislation
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines
- Client service and support on financial statements and inquiries
