Managing Aché's brand reputation and institutional branding strategies for external communication in the health sector. Developing comprehensive communication plans and engaging with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Act as guardian of the institutional brand and the company's reputation, developing and implementing a brand management plan focused on positioning with key stakeholders (press, employees, and decision-makers within the company's business ecosystem), contributing to the implementation of governance and area policies;
Balance the needs of institutional branding with opportunities to boost the company's reputation through content produced in partnership with business areas (Prescription, Generics, Biosintética and Over‑the‑Counter Medicines);
Work in close partnership with internal communications and the company's institutional presence on digital channels to ensure narrative cohesion across different audiences and media;
Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints;
Demonstrate strong ability to coordinate and influence internal teams (Marketing, ESG, Legal and HR, as well as other Communications fronts: internal and digital);
Perform competitor analyses and benchmark brand positioning;
Build and maintain relationships with the press and recommend outlets and journalists to strengthen the institution and the company's product brands;
Create a stakeholder map based on business needs and the territories where the company seeks recognition;
Establish a network of relationships with target audiences and positioning through primary spokespeople (press, events, awards, etc.);
Produce or supervise institutional brand content for different channels (speeches, presentations, reports, press releases, videos, and others);
Track reputation indicators and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making;
Implement the organization's integrated institutional communications plan;
Analyze and recommend potential partners and sponsorships that enhance brand perception (events, branded content, media).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication (Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, etc.), Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in related areas;
Experience in Institutional/Corporate Communications with a focus on external communication in the healthcare sector;
Excellent command of written Portuguese (grammar and orthography);
Knowledge of advocacy techniques and engagement with different audiences (press, industry associations, civil society organizations, etc.);
Knowledge of branding, reputation metrics, share of voice, and media;
Influencer profile with applied technical knowledge;
Discipline and strong execution skills;
Business acumen.
