Responsibilities
Map, analyze, design and redesign corporate processes, considering AS IS and TO BE scenarios.
Lead elicitation meetings, workshops and validation sessions with business areas and stakeholders.
Prepare flowcharts, process documentation, executive presentations and other consultative deliverables.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, control failures, rework and improvement opportunities in the analyzed processes.
Support the development of recommendations focused on operational efficiency, standardization, governance and continuous improvement.
Act in a consultative manner with business areas, organizing information and promoting clarity around flows, responsibilities and interdependencies.
Support process transformation initiatives, the structuring of controls and the strengthening of a process-driven management culture.
Interact with diverse audiences, ensuring technical quality, clarity in documentation and consistency across produced materials.
Support the preparation of materials in Portuguese and English when required.
Requirements
Solid experience in process management.
Experience in process mapping (diagnosis), analysis, design and redesign.
Knowledge of BPM.
Experience creating flowcharts and process documentation.
Experience defining AS IS and TO BE scenarios.
Ability to lead workshops, elicitation meetings and validation sessions with stakeholders.
Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, risks, controls and improvement opportunities.
Experience producing structured deliverables such as reports, presentations, matrices and supporting documents.
Good communication, organizational skills and a consultative approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Technology or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to read documentation, participate in meetings and assist in preparing or reviewing materials in a corporate environment.
