Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage potential customers to develop new business opportunities
Identify, evaluate and develop new market and application areas for Traka and KEYper solutions
Build, manage and continuously expand your own customer portfolio
Support and grow existing customer relationships by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and needs assessments — remotely and on-site
Develop tailored solution concepts in close collaboration with technical and engineering teams
Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation to contract closure
Maintain and track leads, opportunities and projects in Salesforce
Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new sales and business development approaches
Represent Traka at customer events, trade fairs, exhibitions and demonstrations
Requirements
Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical environment
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for proactive customer engagement and business development
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Technical affinity or a strong willingness to learn new topics and solution areas quickly and systematically
Structured, independent and reliable working style with a strong sense of ownership
Native-level German and at least B2-level English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Valid Class B driver’s license
