About the role
- Manufacturing Performance Manager driving Lean initiatives across Asahi breweries in Europe. Responsible for coaching teams and improving operational excellence through the Asahi Way.
Responsibilities
- Champion and embed the Asahi Way Performance culture in sites across the region
- Coach site leaders, shop floor and pillar teams to drive operational excellence and eliminate loss
- Partner with stakeholders from shop floor to senior leadership to align lean strategies with business priorities
- Build capability across teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and performance improvement tools
- Act as a regional ambassador for innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in manufacturing excellence performance improvement program
Requirements
- A degree in science, engineering, or manufacturing (or equivalent)
- 10+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing within an international FMCG context
- Deep expertise in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies (Lean Master preferred)
- A proven track record in plant operations, project management, and change leadership
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Europe (up to 60%)
