Responsibilities
Technical and disciplinary management and continuous development of the regional 6-person service team
Responsibility for the organization, coordination and quality assurance of measurement-technology services in the region
Ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery of all ongoing projects
Ensuring a performance-oriented, appreciative team culture with a strong customer focus
First point of contact for our measurement technicians and customers in day-to-day operations and support with complex issues
Taking on own projects in leak detection
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Balancing daily operations and project management: ensuring stable day-to-day operations while implementing projects for the sustainable and structural development of the service area
Close collaboration with adjacent departments and the central organization
Support in preparing quotations and during contract negotiations
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training or degree, ideally in plumbing/heating/HVAC (SHK), utility supply or measurement technology
Several years of professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical environment, and enthusiasm for developing employees
Strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and reliable manner
Strong communication skills, conflict-resolution ability and assertiveness
Organizational talent, ability to prioritize and a responsible working style
Basic knowledge of quotation preparation and project execution
Proficient in using digital tools (e.g., planning, time tracking, documentation)
Willingness to travel within the region
