Responsibilities
Own the day to day operations of SVHA’s enterprise cloud and hybrid platforms
Lead and mentor a team of cloud, infrastructure and systems engineers
Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and platform outages
Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, observable and compliant (ISO27001, Essential Eight, SOCI)
Drive automation, monitoring uplift, patching and lifecycle management
Partner closely with cybersecurity, networks, applications and clinical stakeholders
Lead vendor engagements and support disaster recovery, backup and resilience planning
Contribute to cloud strategy, migration initiatives and digital health transformation programs
Requirements
8–10 years’ experience in cloud or infrastructure operations
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
Proven experience supporting Tier 0 / 24×7 systems in regulated or high availability environments
Strong skills in automation and scripting (Terraform, PowerShell, Bicep, Python)
Solid understanding of security, identity, backup and disaster recovery
Excellent stakeholder, incident management and vendor management capability
