Managing the P&C Calendar.
Championing process innovation and optimization within the People Enablement team.
Managing end-to-end P&C projects.
Developing and managing operational project plans.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Program Management.
Relentless attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience in leading programs or projects with creatives (agencies and freelancers), environmental design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in People and Culture (Human Resources) programming such as learning & development, total rewards, etc.
Ability to influence and guide without direct control.
Proficient in creating and leading effective workflow and project plans.
