Responsibilities
Organization, coordination and responsibility: Sales
I.e., no cold calling but handling and nurturing existing contacts and leads
Implementation of the POS area (possibly including retail)
Support in team management
With attention to certain controlling aspects (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)
Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience
Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, managed, or sold a company)
Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
Awareness of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, both professionally and mentally
Comfort with digital workflows and tools — enthusiasm for working in the online world and using its tools
