  • Client Services Executive delivering proactive support to legal advisors. Collaborating with the Client Services team to ensure efficient service delivery in Birmingham and Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-quality support to legal advisors, enabling cost‑effective service to clients.
  • Working within the Client Services team, you will collaborate closely across the firm to keep work moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and initiative
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Professional, confidential and flexible approach
